About Smart Site Review
Smart Site Review is a website review service provided by Tim Merrell. These terms describe the service offered through this website.
Requesting a review
Submitting the request form is a request, not a purchase. I review your submission and confirm whether your website is a good fit before asking for payment.
If I accept your request, I will send payment instructions and confirm your delivery time before work begins.
Price and what is included
The introductory price for the standard review is $68.
You receive a plain-English Website Review for the business leader and a separate Technical Roadmap for your website provider. The review identifies meaningful findings, priorities, supporting evidence, recommended work, and verification steps.
I examine representative pages across desktop and mobile. Review areas include usability, mobile behavior, accessibility, website performance, search visibility and technical SEO basics, forms, links, key user flows, trust, content, and reliability.
The standard review does not include website implementation or repairs. It does not require passwords, analytics access, or administrator access.
Timing and scope
The standard delivery target is 24 hours after payment is received. If your website is unusually large or complex, I will tell you before payment and confirm the scope and delivery time.
Please identify any pages, areas, or actions I should leave alone, including member areas, restricted pages, and forms that create real transactions.
How to use the review
The review provides an independent assessment of the representative pages and interactions examined. Findings reflect the website as observed during the review; websites can change afterward.
The Technical Roadmap is intended to help your developer, designer, webmaster, or website company understand and verify recommended work. The review does not promise a particular search ranking, sales result, or business outcome.
